This will be an opportunity to try out some tools to better understand our personal responses to change, and the responses of other people that we work or collaborate with.  We will explore how to manage these effectively over time and think about the roles that might be required through a change process. We will consider some of the most essential components of a successful change process.

Both sessions will be lead by Anna Dinnen and relevant for people working alone or within an organisation. Sessions will be interactive with scope for exchanging insights with colleagues.
