We are looking for a dynamic resources and operations professional to join our senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with both strong leadership skills and operations expertise. They will be responsible for directing and managing resources, HR, facilities and IT functions and overseeing financial control of Severn Arts.

  • Full-time, 37 hours per week
  • £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
  • Reporting to CEO
  • Line management responsibilities: Finance Manager, Head of Workshop and oversight over the Business Support team, asset management and outsourced HR and accountancy functions
