Evaluating Arts Practice

Paul Sutton and Hannah Phillips are leading Worcestershire artists who both use Practice as Research in their artistic work with participants.

Book onto Worcestershire Arts Partnership’s next CPD workshop on 6th February to hear Paul and Hannah talk about their experiences and provide advice and tools to help you use Practice as Research in your work.

You don’t need to be an academic to do this!  Practice as Research involves imaginative, creative inquiry as part of artistic practice.  It can be used to creatively elicit ideas and feedback that then informs the further development of your artistic work.  An exciting and creative way of learning as you do.

Proving impact to funders, and how to evaluate what you want to know as well as what funders require, will also be discussed.

Date: Wednesday 6th February, 2019
Speakers:

  • Hannah Phillips, Artistic Director of Outspoken
  • Paul Sutton, Artistic Director of CandT
