About the Project Administrator role 

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic individual to help coordinate and support the delivery of creative projects and events. 

What will the role involve? 
  • Supporting, helping and coordinating creative projects and events 
  • Working as part of the team who put on creative arts-based projects for everyone to enjoy, be inspired by and learn from
  • Documenting, recording and helping to evaluate the projects and report on activities undertaken
  • Taking part in the projects
Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and likes variety with the following experience, knowledge and skills to offer:

  • Some experience in business administration 
  • Likes working with a wide range of people, from children and young people and their families to artists, other team members and partners  
  • The ability to be organised and adaptable in your approach
  • Some experience in facilitating projects with a particular focus on young people and children
  • Energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Digital/social media skills 
 What else do I need to know? 
  • The pay is National Minimum Wage (for age)
  • The role will be 25 hours per week 
  • The role is a 6-month placement

About Kickstart
 
  • To be eligible for a Kickstart placement you must be receiving Universal Credit and must be aged between 16 and 24
