We are seeking an Assistant Producer to help us deliver Light Night 2024. This role is funded by the University of Worcester and is open to all students who graduated from the University of Worcester between 2021 – 2023.

If you are an organised team player who is passionate about the arts and seeking new experiences in festival work in the outdoor arts sector this could be the opportunity for you!

You will be joining an experienced, energetic, friendly and supportive team who strive for excellence in all they do.

  • Minimum 22 hours per week, maximum 37 hour per week until middle of March 2024 
  • £10.42 per hour
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata
  • Based at Severn Arts offices in Worcester
