The BBC Ten Pieces programme aims to open up the world of classical music to 7-14 year-olds across the UK and inspire them to develop their own creative responses to the music.

It’s a great project and if you are a school, home educator, or any kind of arts organisation, then you can get your students involved. Pupils can get creative in any art form including dance, poetry, animation and anything else that might inspire them.

The ten pieces are supported by free downloadable teaching resources including lesson plans, composer information, cross-curricular resources and simplified orchestral arrangements.

See the About page on the Ten Pieces website for more information and there are lots of inclusive films and resources here
