Co-creation and Engagement Facilitator – Youth Justice Co-creation and Engagement Facilitator – Youth Justice The Forge, Severn Arts Severn Arts is seeking an experienced Co-Creation and Engagement Facilitator to work directly with young people aged 10–18 across Worcestershire and Herefordshire who have been identified by West Mercia Youth Justice Service as being at risk of offending or who have received a Criminal Behaviour Order. The brief The successful candidate will facilitate a programme of co-creation workshops with four groups of young people, delivering blocks of eight sessions per group. The facilitator will have an additional budget to bring in supporting artists to jointly deliver the programme. In the lead up to workshop delivery, the facilitator will accompany the Youth Justice Officers to conduct trust-building meetings and will deliver taster sessions with participants. They will work towards two public showcases of participants’ artwork in Worcester and Hereford, and will finish the programme with creative skill-sharing sessions for WMYJS staff. The commission fee The total fee for this commission is £10,800, inclusive of planning and preparation, workshop delivery, and travel expenses.
