We are looking for new trustees to join our Board and help us in our mission to encourage the next generation of musicians, artists, producers, directors and cultural leaders to spread joy across Worcestershire. 

Our trustees will work with us to build on our successes, challenging and supporting our dedicated, professional team and helping us to realise our ambition of widening access to participatory arts activities across the county.  

As part of our commitment to skills development we are keen to encourage applications from all individuals. If you have an interest or experience in the arts, music education or running a charity, so much the better, but this is not essential.

How to apply

If you would like to be considered as a board member, please submit: 

  • A letter of application (no more than two pages) explaining your interest in the role, areas of specialism you could bring to the board, and examples of how you meet the requirements of the person specification.   
  • Alternatively, you can send in a video application of no more than 5 minutes ensuring you have covered all of the relevant areas as above.
  • Your CV. 
  • Contact details of two individuals who can support your application. Contacts should be peers or colleagues and not members of your family or friends.

Selection process

Applications will be shortlisted before Christmas and interviews are planned to be held the week commencing 8 January 2024.
