The Community Stories project documented arts organisations and community groups who help support the lives, minds and bodies of local Malvern residents. Covering 6 organisations from each Malvern District, together we joined these groups with the intention of creating 6 unique stories capturing their value for health and wellbeing alongside the arts.
The project was concluded Wednesday 15 May with an interactive event, where organisers from each of the organisations could come together to share – and celebrate- the work created from their stories.
This work was funded by Public Health Worcester as part of their wellbeing strategy. It was then facilitated by The Malvern Hills District Community Arts Programme - which aims to strengthen community connections, offer a range of arts activities and provide creative opportunities for all residents of the Malvern Hills District.
